Britain Has Lost It’s Intrepreneurial Leadership

I can understand why Tory Government been brought back in  Power.  Someone has to bring the country back in to it’s rightful state.  The country has lost its business platform and we are loosing companies like Cadbury’s and the Steel Works to Foreign Business.

I am not surprised all we Brits seem to think about is pandering ourselves and “My face” is beautiful “great for the individual person on the street “ who wants to be noticed” but the bigger picture is  we have become so short sighted allowed our nation to get in to a right hole that   we have become a third world country and allowed silly social matters to become a thing of national importance and money spinning yarns  whilst from within the same nation we have  troops in the Middle East fighting wars and when they have fallen we mark their deaths with very little response compared to celebrity status  individuals who parading around on television chasing after fame and fortune  and the public becoming hysterical.  This is great for promoting television and televsion companies but this sort of enterprise is not very Leadership qualities it is alright for the locals on the street but on an enterprising and competitive world stage we can do without and the people behind these televsion programmes should be airing more intellectual viewing .

Having this sort of indulgence showing on prime national television is not only stupidity but it does not educate people for future generations we have become a childish nation this type of viewing could be shown on the lesser viewed stations and less of shoving this sort of viewing on prime television shoving it in intelligent peoples faces.

Whilst we applaud these tv celebrities  who could easily be doing their strut on the street or at local exhibitions  but because it is on television the public go in to a stupid frenzy which has been encouraged by stupid people  whereas the war effort gets very little attention in comparison. I am not a sympathiser of any modern war but in comparison this over indulgent airing of air brushed celebrity status brings the wrong message to young people and the creaters behind this aired brushed celebrity status on prime television are nothing more than over indulgent fat cats encouraging a lot of ills and shortsightedness especially to our young people of the day.  On this note –  I would not allow my son to join any war and get themselves killed whilst an over indulgent selfish society behaves this way.

These people around us especially in high postion jobs who could certainly help to bring about changes in this attitude  “in that it is all about them”  working in television  and  organisation who parade themselves on mediterranean beaches “look at me” clearly cannot leave their indulgence on the beach there is a time and a place for extra marital acitivity.

We have diminished business acument and intrepreneurial leadership the present govenernment is aiming to trim these areas back in to ship shape otherwise we cannot and will not be able to  sustain World Economics for the good or our country.  The bigger picture is that it is not about face beauty and hair that is for the bedroom these product companies selling their swag are allowed to intrude in to our lives through television media and everywhere you go where there is a suseptable  audience.

Because of this way of thinking by televison companies who deliberately exploit the public I have to say I would not even watch television most of our ills and misery has been caused because of the television.

Cameron boots Young

An advisor to Mr Cameron – it seems that Mr Cameron will be made to keep to his words by by accepting the resignation of Lord Young.  We cannot have people like Lord Young spouting off when Mr Cameron is trying to pull the country together – this is typical money talk where people like Mr Young cannot control himself we are in a different time and place with this country Thatcherism and people like him are to old and the country can do well without his little chuckles whilst the country is having to face a barrage of Cameron Clegg onslaught about money.

Unqualifed Care Leads To Too Many Deaths   http://carolagius.files.wordpress.com/2010/11/aunties09112.pdf

Frank and Janet Robinson’s son John died after being mis-diagnosed and discharged from Stafford Hospital in 2006.

Regarding the recent enquires in to deaths and mis -treatment and failings and abuse at the Mid-Staffordshire NHS hospital which have lead to 1,200 deaths’ in Mid-Staffordshire.
?Why should people have to suffer this way – ?Why should people who rely on a supposedly "World First Class NHS" Service in the words of the previous priminister.  ?Why dont we get this service.

Working in the Newham NHS Hospital and many other departments in the NHS for six month and further ten months typing out reports i.e cardiology department etc, and other front line departments – one of the many reasons could be that the people working inside of these organisation just dont give a damn when it comes to front lines services and giving these customer/patients the service thy deserve.

It has become a very sad place when emergency services are now start refusing to
go to call outs saying that the emergency victim does not need an ambulance.

Mr Brown the previous Priminister said "the NHS is a World Class Service". who for? if the tax payer cannot use it during his/her working age why should we have such a monstrosity

LONDON - MAY 01: Prime Minister Gordon Brown ...

This article was from the Metro Mail UK September 8 2010 the photo is an illustration to the validity that it has already been published by the Metro Mail. The article said "Brian Fowers weighs 30st (190kg) the article says he was made redundant due to his employer feeling he would crush fellow workers whilst doing his job. He has been awarded some form of pay-out and now is looking towards the NHS for enhanced rate of benefits of thousands of pounds in medical bills.

But from a later reply Victoria,London,W1in the article states "he left his place of work voluntarily". His employer and Brian Fowers identified he had a weight problem which prevented him from undertaking various tasks. This should have been something which should have been taken up whilst he was in employment with his employer and the matter about his weight – if his weight is so serious and interfering with his work the NHS has a responsibility to help him to achieve bringing his weight down.

Getting back to Mr Fowers plight in that he feels he is entitled to enhanced benefits maybe he is he said "he has paid his taxes".

Mr Brown the previous Priminister said "the NHS is a World Class Service". who for? if the tax payer cannot use it during his/her working age why should we have such a monstrosity.

My Opinion (Recommendation)
The NHS is not for show and certainly not a service just "to be seen to be doing"  just to create jobs and careers it is a public service relationship and not paid for just by tax payer contributions their are many other tax paying bodies corporate tax, inheritance tax, fuel tax and all these lots of taxes which the nation as a whole prop up these public services. This tax paying nation also contributes to NHS budgets for training and careers and jobs – picking up the bill for sophisticated equipment and all running costs and overheads.       Taking all this in to consideration these services are not just for show "just seeing to be doing" keeping staff and people in jobs and a comfortable roof over their heads whilst they are at work this is a service also meant for individuals and the public  he/she has paid in to and because the tax payer comes down to an individual person when wishing to use these services people like yourselves put your blinkers on and pick on him/her.

Should there be any doubt in Mr Fower’s medical arrangements with his employer then it is for the authorities to make that investigation.

Ian Duncan Smith is persistant and tunnel visioned he is set out on working jobless people down to the ground because they have been on long term unemployment benefits. He cannot accept that people look for work and THE JOB is simply not their instead he passes the buck and blames it on the jobless. I know I was unemployed for fifiteen years during which time I went for countless interviews about 500 to be exact and never got a job unless you subject yourself into begging at an interview you just get passed by. The best I ever got was temporary work then because of this type of contract your are easily exploited in these organisations it seems to me that Ian Duncan Smith has got no vision in being creative all he sees is looking down a whole and talking to DWP much good they will do. If their is any work going to be introduced whilst people are unemployed they should be getting a proper wage whilst they are under this contract this is more uplifting  and humane  instead of  working people down to the ground which this country seems bent on doing.

Spending Cuts – Chop – Hack and Swipe

November 2, 2010 Leave a comment

Poison Ivy

The Spending Cut Announcements it was disclosed their would be no cuts made to the NHS. It has come to my attention that 30,000 people each year in this country die from heart related coronary diseases due to specifically consuming hydrogenated oils directly or indirectly. It is a very dangerous man made ingredient (slow killer)made from vegetable oil and hydrogenated gas which is worse than saturated fat these trans fats deposits a build up of plaque around the artery walls making the vessels so narrow that over time slowing and stopping oxygen to the heart muscle and preventing the heart muscle pumping efficiently bringing on heart related diseases coronary and eventual death. MacDonalds Food Chain and Burger King both have stopped the use of hydrogenated fats in their cooking process required by USA legislation. Walkers Crisps however have removed 55% of salt in their cooking production and invested in the development of sunflower oil but we still do not know if they are still using this nasty trace of trans fats in their cooking process due to the relaxed english laws. Marks & Spencer has a little sticker advertised in their branches making a reluctant effort to inform people that all their ready meals are without hydrogenated oils but all their other food products are still being processed with this deadly cheap profit ingredient this is not enough from these giant industries who afterall make these big profits not from peoples choice but from institutional marketing.

The Government have rejected the recommendations of NICE banning these profit cheap ingredients Hydrogenated oils used in the Fast Food Industry – this is a a silent killer but the UK government argue that it is uneccessary to ban this cheap profit ingredient into our food chain.

Who do these people think they are that they can decide and precide over a population’s health and decide what amounts of this cheap profit ingredient should compomise peoples health because it takes them off the hook becasue of the legally advertised less than 0.5gm – This is a dangerous cooking ingredient which is a silent killer over time.

It seems sense that the government is not making any cuts to the NHS there has to be a place for 30,000 deaths to go to each year. – the government however who are voted in government by the people to work for the people continue to turn a blind eye to this slow killer ingredient used in our fast food processing industry and the only political strategy on offer is to have the NHS waiting in the wings to pass on the 30,000 deaths each year for human disposal. Which is Acceptable and Accountable and also we the public just have to lump it.
